Meet 3-Rex! This big boy cake is constructed from two half-sheet layer cakes then assembled and hand-carved to make the dino head. He is entirely BUTTERCREAM other than his teeth. No airbrush - all done by hand. I LOVE this guy!
100% edible - the cards, the coins, everything! This cake just rocked!
100% edible. The ice bucket is a 3-layer vanilla cake. The "metal" is buttercream with a pearlescent finish. The ice cubes and beer bottle are molded candy melts. Even the beer label is edible!
Racing into the Birthday Party!
This birthday boy wanted a race car theme - and love Hot Wheels. So those two elements combined to make this huge half-sheet chocolate cake. This cake will easily serve 50+ guests. ONLY thing not edible are the cars themselves.
Sonic the Hedgehog
So fun! This cake is constructed from two 10-inch marble cakes. This 4-year birthday boy opened the door wearing his Sonic t-shirt and had a huge grin when I told him that he and his friends were going to have blue teeth and blue tongues - which gave me a huge grin!

Celebrating Service
There's a lot underneath this stunning 3-tier cake. Each tier has two layers and reinforcing structural elements to keep it strong. The only thing not edible on this cake is the glittery Air Force wings topper.
No Faults Fault-Line Cake
Not a typical birthday cake for this 13 year old ... she wanted something unique. And that is what she got! This 3-layer 8" cake is super moist and scrumptious and looks SO COOL!!!
Candy Surprise!
A 3-layer chocolate cake with a dark chocolate drip - then piled high with candy. If that's not enough wait until you cut into it and 100s of mini M&Ms come pouring out from the center!
